Orange SPonge
clathria sp.
The Orange sponge isn’t a coral but an invertebrate, defining the actual species is very hard without examining the interior skeletal structure.
Sponges will do best at an area of low lighting and high flow, as they aren’t corals they do not photosynthesise, but filter feed from the water column so a mature tank is a must. For continued good health, it will also require the addition of calcium, strontium, and other trace elements to the water.
