Six Line Wrasse
Pseudocheilinus hexataenia
The Six Line Wrasse is an attractive fish that shows of its colours more so when attracting a mate. The Six line wrasse can be housed with other fish with no problems; it can sometimes be boisterous with peaceful tank mates.
It requires a tank of 90 litres or larger with plenty of live rock to hide in as it is a shy secretive fish. The six line is a good reef fish, won't touch corals or inverts, but will eat small pyramidellid snail and flatworms. Wrasses will eat meaty foods like finely chopped sea foods and brine. They usually adapt well to frozen and even dried foods.
